 twStr2Scr( _string, wAttribute )
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
     Turns a string into a SAVESCREEN variable. Useful for fast screen
     updates.

       Arguments:

     InString - 'C' String to be manipulated.

     Attr     - 'N' DOS attribute number. Can be created with
                    twVattr().

       Return:

     SAVESCREEN Variable.

       Example:

     twStr2Scr( "Hi There!", 78 )
